Yes. Tell Zoe how you like it done and she will work with you to get it right, the same way owners who have moved here from other groomers have found.
Thick coats are dealt with by de-shedding, which lifts out far more than brushing at home does. Ring us and describe the coat and we will tell you what we would do.
First timers are taken gently, and some come in just to get used to the room and the noise before any trimming happens. Puppies and nervous dogs are welcome.
Yes, elderly dogs come here regularly and are handled slowly and kindly. Tell us about any aches or worries when you book.
The salon is at 3 New Street, Marnhull, Sturminster Newton DT10 1PY, in a room round the back of the house. We are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9am to 5pm, and closed Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.
